Prinsen Restaurant has partnered with CBC for The Founders' Brunch, offering a one-off chefs brunch menu, offering several surprise courses using the very best ingredients the day has to offer and a signature cocktail/mocktail. Alternatively, members are welcome to order from the restaurant's À la carte menu.
